Capacity: Mr. Hoang is a Patent ASSOCIATE under Patent and Design Department of IPHOUSE & ASSOCIATES with more than 10-year experience in Patent & Design practice

Education: Mr. Hoang graduated from Hanoi Open University – Faculty of Biotechnology and Hanoi University of Technology – Faculty of Information Technology. He also completed “Advanced International Certificate Course on IPRs using IP Panorama e-learning Contents” jointly organized by KIPO-WIPO-KAIST-KIPA and Patent Drafting Course organized by the NOIP and JPO.

Experience: Before joining WINIP & PARTNERS, Mr. Ngoc Duong worked as Assistant Researcher for Institute of Environmental Technology, Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology and Yonsei University, South Korea, respectively, where he obtained extensive knowledge in the field of Bioenvironmental, Biochemistry and Biotechnology. After that, Mr. Ngoc Duong worked for Banca IP Law Firm and gained broad experience on Patent and Design Law in Vietnam. Working in WINIP & PARTNERS, being a Patent Attorney, Mr. Duong is currently in charge of Patent and Design prosecution in Vietnam, handling patent searches and managing Patent annuities/Design renewals portfolio. He has also managed Industrial Design Division team and handled all Industrial Design cases of WINIP & PARTNERS.
