University of Foreign Languages – Vietnam National University (Bachelor of Foreign Language),

Hanoi University of Law (Bachelor of Law)

Experience: Ms. Huong has broad experience in IP protection, especially, Copyright, Design, Trademark Litigation. These include Appeal, Opposition and Cancellation practices before the Vietnamese National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP). She also has extensive practical experience in providing advices on the unfair competition law and enforcement of IP infringement.
